EuroCham and VCCI Discuss Vietnam Future
EuroCham Chair, Preben Hjortlund and VCCI Chair Dr Vu Tien Loc met in Hanoi to discuss the ongoing activities of the Vietnam – EU Business Forum (VEUBF).
The VEUBF is a platform for trade dialogue between the EU and Vietnam aimed at deepening the trade and investment relationship between the two.
The VEUBF provides an opportunity for Vietnamese and European businesses to network with government officials, and to comment on government related policies and provide information on EU regulations with a view to bring together the business communities.
Based on the decision of prime minister for approval of extension for VEUBF on the period from 2012 to 2016, activities of VEUBF will be focused on raising issues like EU – Vietnam FTA, networking between Vietnamese and European companies and supporting activities in investment promotion between Vietnam and Europe.
