Eximbank reduces lending interest rates

On May 28, Vietnam Eximbank reduced the interest rates on loans to individual customers.

For gold loans, the interest rate decreased from 4% per annum to 3.5% per annum, this rate is also applied on mortgage lending for valuable papers such as savings, certificates of deposit, bonds and other foreign currency papers issued by another credit institutions.

For individual customers, the interest rate is now reduced from 0.85% per month to 0.80% per month on loans for mortgages, valuable papers, or foreign currencies that are issued by Eximbank.

Eximbank now has one of the lowest lending rates in the country.
