Extending deadline of presenting C/O form D

Previously, businesses are required to present certificates of origin (C/O) form D within four months since the C/O granting agency of the exporting country signed in the C/O form D. However, Decision 0151/2005/QD-BTM dated January 27, 2005 by the trade ministry allows businesses to present C/O form D within six months.
