Foreign university offers students soft loans
Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank) has announced a cooperative agreement with RMIT University Vietnam, the first wholly foreign-owned university in the country, to help more local students t attend the institution.
Techcombank will offer preferential loans to students at the university.
