Foxconn to invest US$1b in Binh Dinh

Representatives from Taiwan-based Foxconn Technology Group and the leader of Binh Dinh People’s Committee recently signed a memory agreement to invest US$1 billion in several projects in the central province of Binh Dinh after Foxconn head’s fact-finding survey in Binh Dinh.

Under it, Foxconn will invest in building industrial infrastructure, apartments and service areas in Nhon Hoi economic zone and building Nhon Ly-Trung Luong tourism and service areas.

Taiwan’s Foxconn is a global conglomerate with total annual revenue of over US$45 billion.
