France-bound exports to reach 1b euro
Exports to France this year were estimated to be one billion euro, double that of last year, according to the Ministry of Trade. While exports to France last year were only 462 million euro and imports 486 million euro, exports has reached 660.4 million euro and imports fell 187 million euro by early October this year. In which, imports of two most important products fell, pharmaceutical product gaining 40.2 million euro a fall of 2.6%, electricity and electronic devices 38.9 million euro 7% against last year.
The trade ministry said this year many important products has high growth rate, namely household appliances has attained 79.1 million euro, up 20%, leather 37.7 million euro 16.4%. Notably, some products has experienced a sharp increase, namely electronics and electricity up 234% reaching 32 million euro, seafood 132% reaching 24.5 million euro, and bicycle and components 498% reaching 13.8 million euro.
