The government inspectorate is collecting opinions and proposals of ministries and state agencies for the draft decree on organisation, function and responsibility of the government inspectorate under the Inspection Law that has been effective since October 1, 2004.
The government inspectorate will have four new departments including two authorised to settle local and domestic complaints and denunciation letters; one for international affairs and the rest for anti-corruption watch (this department is also permitted to resolve complaints and denunciation letters against corruption cases).
