Govt provides 10 million free healthcare cards

The Committee for Population, Family and Children will provide 10 million free healthcare cards to children under six in the first phase of the nation’s new healthcare programme.
The committee expects to provide 1.5 million cards each year. The card will be specially printed to prevent counterfeiting.
The committee will provide instructions to guide people in using other forms of documentation until they can receive a card.
