Hanoi has a good business environment for domestic and foreign investors, commented participants at an international forum dubbed “Asian Trade and Investment Cooperation” held in Hanoi on Thursday. The forum was part of the third plenary session of the Asian Network of Major Cities in the 21st century (ANMC21).

Hanoi’s Vice Mayor Nguyen The Quang in his keynote address said the forum is one of 17 joint projects of the ANMC21 which aims to boost development in the region. He noted that the implementation of trade and investment cooperation projects in Asia have contributed to Hanoi’s socio-economic development in particular and fortified the ANMC21 on the whole.

The forum helped businesses in major Asian cities to enter a new stage of cooperation in trade and investment among themselves and with their partners in other places around the world.
