Hanoi meet to prepare for APEC summit

About 150 delegates from 21 APEC member countries, its secretariat and related organisations will meet in Hanoi on July 21-22 to prepare for the Year of APEC-Vietnam 2006, according to the Foreign Ministry.
Delegates will review 15 years of APEC cooperation, and discuss APEC development, orientations, challenges and opportunities in the new situation.
A seminar will be held in Hanoi next month to sum up opinions of all APEC member countries, its Secretariat and related organisations, and work out themes and priorities for the Year of APEC-Vietnam 2006.
