Hanoi plastic producer reports share auction

The Hanoi Securities Transaction Centre HaSTC has reported the result of Hanoi Plastic one-member state Ltd Co’s share auction held on December 27 on the northern floor.

The total volume of share offered to auction was 1,122,800 shares at 10,000 dong on par and the initial price of 10,300 dong per share.

There were 419 investors registered to join the auction including six organisations and 413 individuals and the total volume of share registered to buy was 7,635,800 shares. The highest volume of share ordered to buy was 291,300 shares and lowest level was 100 shares.

The highest winning price was 38,600 dong per share, lowest level was 25,200 dong per share and the average winning price was 30,017 dong per share.

There were 44 winners including two organisations and 42 individuals. Total volume of share sold was 1,122,800 shares. Total value of traded shares was over 33.7 billion dong. The time for payment of purchasing shares is from December 28 to January 21, 2008.
