Hanoi’s export turnover in Jan-February reaches $1.099b

Hanoi reported to reach February export turnover of $560 million, dropping 1.1 percent against the same period of last year. Therefore, the accumulative export turnover of the city in the first two months of this year was estimated at about $1.099 billion, up 11.6 percent year-on-year.

Hanoi’s export products included agricultural products, apparel, electronic and computer components. The fact that Hanoi’s export turnover decreased in February was because many enterprises reduced its production works for exporting purposes to concentrate on serving the customers on the Lunar New Year occasion.
