Hapaco Hai Au allowed to offer over 1.9m shares

Chair of State Securities Commission (SSC) has lately issued the certificate for Hapaco Hai Au Joint Stock Co to offer 1,910,520 shares to public at price of 10,000 dong per share.

In details, 1,289,480 shares will be offered to existing shareholders; 250,000 shares for strategic partners and 371,040 shares to auction for public. The total value for this share-issuance would be 19.105 billion dong.
