HASTC Index exceeds 290 points on January 10

The Hanoi STC yesterday January 10 had 3.63 million shares changing hands with a total value of 330.97 billion dong.

The HASTC Index rose 12.08 points to close at 291.2 points, up 4.33% against the previous session.

During the session, investors ordered to buy 5,665,500 shares including 1,369,800 PPC coded shares, 925,000 SSI coded shares, and 936,700 BCC coded shares and 210,800 TBC coded shares while the volume of share sell orders reached 5,448,500 shares only.

The price of BVS coded shares peaked at 301,400 dong each, marking the share code having the highest transaction price in the northern floor, also NTP rose 15,800 dong per share to 187,800 dong, SSI (+12,500 dong), HPC (+9,800 dong), VNR (+7,700 dong), PAN (+6,800 dong), NBC (+6,300 dong) and PPC (+5,400 dong), reported the HASTC.

Regarding transaction volume, about 853,000 PPC coded shares were traded during the session, taking up 23.48% of total market volume, followed by 691,700 SSI coded shares changed hands, 617,000 BCC coded shares, 163,500 HNM coded shares and 160,400 BTS coded shares.

Meanwhile, total share volume traded by foreigners reached 623,700 shares worth 74.03 billion dong or 25% of total market value.

In addition, 2.1 million bonds coded CP061111 and QH061113 were changed hands, lifting the total market transaction value to over 550 billion dong.
