HCM City licenses five investment projects

To boost more investments of domestic enterprises in industrial zones, HCM City People’s Committee has granted preferential investment licences for five projects with total approved capital of 54.7 billion dong.
These projects includes plant extension of processing sweetened condensed milk and fresh milk, pasteurised dairy milk in Tan Quy industrial complex of Cu Chi district, expansion of plastic products and package producing factory in Vinh Loc industrial park of Binh Tan district, building factory of processing tea and coffee in industrial zone of district 12, setting up painting and plastic products manufacturing factory in Hiep Phuoc industrial park of Nha Be district and the investment project of software production in district 4.
These projects will receive reduction policy of land rent as stipulated and concessions of corporate income tax under decree 164/2003/ND-CP by the government. Individual investors are entitled to exemption of income tax due to having equity in some business in five years since the investors have obligation to pay tax, exemption of import duty on equipments, machinery, which have not been manufactured in Vietnam imported to make fixed asset of businesses.
