HCM City opens first Well-Women clinic

The country’s first Well-Women Clinic has opened at the Franco-Vietnamese Hospital in HCM City.
The clinic provides gender-specific medical services for women to help in early detection of health problems common among women, such a cervical and breast cancer.
According to doctors from the clinic, such cancers have increased in Vietnam in the past two decades due to a lack of cancer screening programmes.
