HCM City opens shop for foreign marriages
The HCM City Women’s Union opened a counselling centre for Vietnamese citizens engaged to foreigners early this week.
Approved by the local Justice Department, the centre hopes to protect citizens’ rights. Especially for women, and discourage marriage for financial gain.
