HCM City targets larger budget
HCM City proposed a budget for this year of 54.35 trillion dong (US$3.43 billion), an increase of 11% form 2004.
Major revenue is expected to come from land auctions, housing sales and issuance of municipal bonds, and will be used in the city?s development projects.
