HCM City’s realty price index surges again

After a long time of constantly falling, by the end of April and earlier May, 2011, the real estate price index in HCM City has showed signals of surge again.

Land price index saw a rise of 0.15 percent from early 2011 and the apartment price index also surged by 0.07 percent.

In particularly, the average land price in district 2 increased to 34.2-38.9 million dong per square metre.

Similarly, the ground price at 21 Century project also soared to 35.3-36.7 million dong per sqm, rising 100,000-300,000 dong per sqm from early this year.
