HDA approves for doubling chartered capital
The management board of Dong A Painting Joint Stock Co (coded HDA) has lately approved for raising chartered capital by double, from 22 billion dong to 45 billion dong.
The management board would take responsibility for selecting the appropriate time to realise the approved decision.
In 2012, the company targeted to achieve total net revenue of 110 billion dong, after tax profit of 5.6 billion dong and pay dividend at 30%.
Last year, the company estimated to gain whole year net revenue of 92.386 billion dong and pre-tax profit of 6.1 billion dong.
