HDC earns 18.4b dong in Q2 profit

Ba Ria-Vung Tau Housing Development Joint Stock Co (coded HDC) has announced that its Q2 profit after tax reached 18.4 billion dong, equal to 231 percent against the previous quarter.

The company’s accumulative profit in the first six months of this year was posted at 26.39 billion dong, or 132.6 percent against the same period of last year.

In addition to the favourable conditions in real estate market recently, the company has already finished construction work and put into operation the two projects of Sao Mai Ben Dinh residential area and Phu My – Tan Thanh new urban area, that will guarantee the company’s high and stable growth rate in the coming year.
