HFC advances first round dividend in cash at 10pct

Hanoi Fuel Joint Stock Co (UPCoM-listed HFC) has recently released the announcement about paying 2010 dividend and holding the 2011 annual shareholders meeting. Accordingly, the company planned to close the shareholders list on February 25, 2011. The ex-dividend session would be February 23.

HFC will advance first round dividend in cash under ratio of 10 percent. The payment date was supposed on March 15. The company will also announce the date and place for organising the annual shareholders meeting later to the existing shareholders.

At present, the company has chartered capital of 21 billion dong, with main business lines of trading petroleum and petro-chemical products.
