Highest VAT rate applied to combined goods sales

If a business trades many kinds of goods and services with different valued added tax rates, it must calculate and report VAT on each kind of goods and services to tax agencies. Under Official Letter 4176 TCT/DNK dated December 13, 2004 of the general Department of Taxation, in the case if that business cannot determine each kind of VAT rates, it must calculate and pay highest VAT rate for its goods and services.
