Hoa Phat builds steel pipe factory

Hoa Phat Steel Pipe Co is planning to start construction on a factory for production of large -sized steel pipes in Nhu Quynh industrial park in the northern province of Hung Yen in the second quarter.
Accordingly, the factory will turn out steel pipes with diameter of 442.74–687.66 millimetres and tubular steel pipe with a thickness of eight millimetres in the first phase and steel pipes with bigger diameters in the second phase to meet domestic demand estimated at 600–1,000 tonnes of steel pipe a month and also for export to North America and South Asian countries.
