Hoa Phat group sets up 600b dong subsidiary

Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Co (HPG) has announced establishing its offshoot called Hoa Phat Steel one member Ltd Co located in Pho Noi A industrial zone, Giai Pham commune, Yen My dist in the northern province of Hung Yen.

The newly established subsidiary with a chartered capital of 600 billion dong and 100 percent stake held by Hoa Phat Group specialises in manufacturing iron and steel.

Ending the trading session on November 26, HPG-coded shares closed at 38,400 dong per share, falling 200 dong per share from the previous session.
