HTC: Ben Thanh Corporation to Sells 110,000 Shares Through August 22
Ben Thanh Corporation- One member Co., Ltd, whose deputy Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is Pham Phu Quoc- also member of Board of directors (BOD) of Hocmon Trade JSC. (HTC) has registered to sell 110,000 registered shares from August 15-22.
Selling will be done via put-through or order-matching.
The firm will sell shares to restructure its portfolio.
Currently Ben Thanh Corporation- One member Co., Ltd owns 1,311,750 shares or 24.99 percent stake at the listed firm.
