On June 6, 2012 Vinh Phuc Infrastructure Development JSC (IDV) issued 105,850 new common shares worth VND1,058,500,000 or 100 percent plan to employees under employee stock ownership plan (ESOP).

Bond holders are limited to transfer these bonds within 2 years from the issuing date.
