Import duties changed on petroleum products
The Ministry of Finance issued Decision 01/2005/QD-BTC dated January 5, 2005 amending import duty levels applied to some commodities belonging to the group 2710 based on the preferential import duty list regulated in Decision 48/2004/QD-BTC dated May 24, 2004 by the finance ministry.
Accordingly, kinds of leaded, unleaded, naphtha, reformate mixed petrol and substances that are used for the mixture of petrol will be applied from 0% up to 15% as well as other light gasoline products.
The above decision newly issued will come into effect after 15 days from the first publication of the Official Gazette and have been applied to customs declarations for import goods since January 6, 2005.
