IndochinaLand invests in 5 project in Quang Nam and Da Nang

Phu My Hung Joint Venture announced that the company would introduce its project of Riverpark Residence Complex at the beginning of July 2009.

This is the first project in Phu My Hung complex with ellipse-shaped design. The project includes three blocks, from 13 to 26 storeys for each block. There would be 290 apartments and 14 shops in the shopping area.

The Axel Korn Architektur Co (Germany) takes responsibility for designing the building on a site of about 17,000 square metres with the total floor areas of 59,954 square metres.
