Industrial urban area developer to offer shares
State Securities Commission (SSC) recently licensed Industrial Urban Area Development Joint Stock Co No 2 with a chartered capital of 73.5 billion dong to sell 2.134 million shares to the public.
In which, the company will offer 450,060 shares to existing shareholders and auction 1,683,940 shares.
