January 31: Foreigners Continues Net Buying On Both STC and HNX

Foreigners extended their position of net buyers on both STC and HNX on Tuesday. Level of participation increased.

These players net bought 74.78 billion on the STC after buying 4,543,600 shares for VND116.96 billion and selling 2,161,830 units for VND42.18 billion, accounting for 22.98 percent buying value and 8.29 percent selling value.

Of note, buying volume surged by 25.5 percent and selling volume rose by 28.12 percent from yesterday trading.

Foreigners’ top net buying shares were VIC (VND15.05 billion), MSN (VND11.97 billion), VCB (10.54 billion), PVD (10.40 billion) and HAG (VND8.43 billion).

Foreigners’ top net selling shares were STB (-VND1.94 billion), CSM (-VND1.93 billion), REE (-VND1.53 billion), CTG (0.96 billion) and PPC (VND0.93 billion).

On the Hanoi Stock Exchange foreigners net bought VND9.20 billion worth of shares after buying 1,265,400 shares for VND12.48 billion and selling 272,000 units for VND3.28 billion, accounting for 3.87 percent buying value and 1.02 percent selling value.

They actively bought PVE, DBC, PVC, KLS and VCG shares while they actively offloaded PVS, ICG, DXP, TAS and CMC shares.
