January 5: Foreigners Net Sell On STC And Net Buy on HNX

Foreigners were back to be net sellers on the primary STC and extended their position of net buyers on the HNX on Thursdsay.

These players net sold VND7.88 billion on the STC after buying 2,163,840 shares for VND54.67 billion and selling 2,734,380 units for VND62.55 billion, accounting for 17.96 percent buying value and 20.55 percent selling value.

Of note, buying volume fell 25 percent while selling volume was almost unchanged from yesterday trading, resulting in a net selling value.

Foreigners’ top net buying shares were SSC (VND4.91 billion), CTG (VND2.94 billion), PNJ (2.49 billion), VCF (2.25 billion) and FPT (VND1.75 billion).

Foreigners top net selling shares were SSI (-VND5.84 billion), MSN (-VND4.90 billion), HPG (-VND3.52 billion), STB (VND3.02 billion) and DPM (-VND1.92 billion).

On the Hanoi Stock Exchange foreigners net bought VND21.61 billion worth of shares after buying 1,458,600 shares for VND23.00 billion and selling 148,000 units for VND1.40 billion, accounting for 12.67 percent buying value and 0.77 percent selling value.

They actively bought ACB, PGS, PVS, PVC and PVE shares while their actively offloaded SDT, SDD, S96, THV and TV4.
