July 5: Foreigners Resume Net Buying on Both Bourses

Foreigners changed to net buy Vietnamese shares on both two bourses today but level of participation fell.

These players net bought VND4.4 billion worth of shares on STC after buying 1.7 million shares for VND23.73 billion and selling 0.82 million units for VND19.33 billion, accounting for 5.12 percent buying value and 4.17 percent selling value.

Today, foreigners’ top buying shares were REE (VND4.4 billion), EIB (VND4.1 billion), NVT (VND2.2 billion), PHR (VND0.8 billion) and SSI (VND0.8 billion).

Foreigners’ top selling shares were HAG(-VND2.9 billion), VCB (-VND2.2 billion), VIC(-VND2.1 billion), DRC(-VND1 billion) and HPG(-VND0.8 billion).

On the Hanoi Stock Exchange, foreigners net bought VND5.5 billion worth of shares after buying 0.84 million shares for VND5.79 billion and selling 52,600 units for VND291.1 Million, accounting for 1.72 percent buying value and 0.1 percent selling value.

They actively bought HBB, VND, SHB, DBC while they actively offloaded NBC, MCF, AGC and KHL shares.
