June 19: Foreigners Change to Net Buy on Both Bourses

Foreigners changed to net buy Vietnamese shares today on both two bourses after a string of heavy net selling due to ETFs review, level of participation nearly doubled.

These players net bought VND21.32 billion worth of shares on STC after buying 13.3 million shares for VND378.1 billion and selling 12.64 million units for VND356.78 billion, accounting for 32.84 percent buying value and 31 percent selling value.

Today, foreigners’ top buying shares were SSI (VND10.9 billion), GAS (VND7.5 billion), HAG (VND3.1 billion), MSN (VND2.8 billion) and MBB (VND2.7 billion).

Foreigners’ top selling shares were VCB(-VND6 billion), STB (-VND4.6 billion), VSH(-VND2.6 billion), SBT(-VND1.9 billion) and BMC(-VND1.4 billion).

On the Hanoi Stock Exchange, foreigners net bought VND3.79 billion worth of shares after buying 1.86 million shares for VND19.38 billion and selling 1.53 million units for VND15.59 billion, accounting for 5.21 percent buying value and 4.19 percent selling value.

They actively bought DBC, PVX, HKL, PPS, PVE while they actively offloaded BCC, VDL, AAA, NBC and S55 shares.
