KBC to issue bonus shares

Kinh Bac Urban Development Corp (coded KBC) on November 4 signed an agreement with British-based Hyder Consulting Co for its project in Tay Bac (Northwest) Urban Zone in HCM City.

In 2009, KBC targets to bring over 600 billion dong in profit after tax.

Recently, KBC’s director board agreed to issue bonus shares to the existing shareholders at the ratio of 10:3 from the capital surplus (10 old shares for three bonus shares).

In May, KBC issued 65,041,013 shares. Of which, the company paid 20 percent dividend for 2008, equalling to 26,016,532 shares and 30 percent bonus to the existing shareholders, equalling to 39,024,7989 shares (totally shareholders hold one share will receive 0.5 new share).
