Khanh Hoa builds urban area

Khanh Hoa Property Co kicked off construction on Vinh Hoa urban area in Pham Van Dong road in the coastal city of Nha Trang in the central province of Khanh Hoa with total investment capital of 343 billion dong on April 9.
As planned, the urban area covering over 30 hectares comprises some 500 luxurious villas, hotels, supermarkets, office buildings for rent and other trade and services centres. It is expected that the urban area will come on line in June 2007.
