Khanh Hoa to equitise 25 SOEs in 2005

People’s Committee of the central province of Khanh Hoa will equitise 12 state-owned businesses (SOEs) in 2005 under the decision 54/2005/QD-TTg dated by prime minister concerning reform and rearrangement of state-owned businesses under the committee.
Accordingly, two businesses will be equitised, in which the state retains over 50% of equity, including Nha Trang Urban Environment Co and Khanh Hoa Transportation Service Co And, the state holds less than 50% of equity or it does not hold stake in the remaining businesses including Khanh Hoa Transport Work Management Co, Khanh Hoa Printing Factory, House Development Co, Khanh Hoa Pharmaceutical and Medical Equipments Co, Nha Trang Seafood Processing and Export Co, Khanh Hoa Mineral Water Co, Seafood Trading Co, Khanh Hoa Engineering Co, Khanh Hoa Investment and Construction Co, Ninh Hoa Sugarcane Factory under Khanh Hoa Sugarcane Co.
Particularly, Khanh Hoa Cinema Co and Vehicle Registration Centre will be transformed into professional units.
