Kinh Bac urban developer suffers loss in Q2

The STC-listed Kinh Bac Urban Development Joint Stock Corp (coded KBC) suffered loss of 45.53 billion dong in Q2, raising the accumulative loss in the first six months of this year to 96.18 billion dong.

In Q2, the financial revenue declined by 92 percent to 28.44 billion dong, while financial costs rose by 20 percent to 62.44 billion dong. After deducting other costs, the parent company suffered after tax loss of 45.54 billion dong.

In the first six months of this year, the company’s net revenue and financial revenue reduced sharply by 94.58 percent and 70 percent respectively to 28.54 billion dong and 117.78 billion dong.
