KSS: August 8 as Ex-date for 2012 AGM

Na Ri Hamico Mineral Joint Stock Company (KSS) announced August 8 as ex-date and August 10 as record date for holding its 2012 Annual general Meeting (AGM).

The firm expects to hold its 2012 AGM on September 17, 2012 at its Headquarter, Lung Hoan Village, Xuat Hoa, Bac Kan Town, Bac Kan Province.

Contents of the AGM include 2011 business results, 2012 targets, 2011 audited financial statements, reports of the Board of Supervisors and Board of Supervisors, auditing company selection, BOD member changes, among others.
