L44 to pay 7 pct dividend in cash

Vietnam Securities Depository Centre (VSD) has lately released information about dividend payment schedule of Lilama 45.4 Joint Stock Co (coded L44).

In details, the company would pay 2011 dividend – the first round in cash to the existing shareholders at applied rate of 7%. The registration deadline would be July 5, and payment date July 20, 2012.

Last year, L44 reported gaining total revenue of 370 billion dong, after tax profit of 13.2 billion dong and plans to pay dividend at 14%.

In 2012, the company aims to obtain whole year revenue of 260 billion dong and after tax profit of 7.8 billion dong.
