Land use exemptions and reductions

Under Official Letter 10950/TC/TCT recently issued by the Ministry of Finance, if businesses meet all the following conditions: investing in the fields included in the Group A that has investment projects in the business production fields approved by the government and using a workforce within at least one year in urban area type 1 about 100 workers or more; in the areas belonging to the Group B or C using 20 workers or more; in other areas using over 50 workers, these businesses will be continually entitled to exemption or reduction of land use fees in the rest of the preferential time under their certificate of investment incentives.
