Land use right not used for mortgage

Based on Official Letter 448 TCT/TS dated February 3, 2005 by the General Department of Taxation, businesses who are leased land by the state are allowed to make mortgage by assets annexed to land but are not allowed to make mortgage by land use right. If wishing to make mortgage by land use right, the businesses must register to pay for land use right.
