Large shareholder to withdraw over 12pct of PVV-coded shares

Vinaconex Investment and Construction Joint Stock Co (coded PVV) has lately announced that the large shareholder would offload shares of the company.

Accordingly, in order to restructure the investment portfolio, Hoa Binh Investment and Development Joint Stock Co has registered for offloading 3.64 million shares, accounting for 12.13 percent of PVV’s chartered capital, starting from May 30 to July 27, 2012.

The transactions would be conducted under order-matching and negotiation methods.
