LCS: Announces 2012 AGM Resolution

Licogi 16.6 JSC (LCS) announces the resolution of 2012 annual general meeting (AGM) with the following contents:

The company targets a net profit of VND18.9 billion on revenue of VND622.4 billion and a dividend payout at VND1,800/share in 2012.

The firm reported VND20 billion pre-tax profit on VND977.7 billion revenue in 2011 billion and a dividend payout at VND2,000/share in 2012..

LCS has passed the plan to merge Licogi 16.9 into Licogi 16.6 JSC and will issue 1.6 million new shares to convert into 2.5 shares of Licogi 16.9 for merge purpose.
