LienViet Bank inaugurates Hanoi branch
Lien Viet Commercial Joint Stock Bank (LienViet Bank) yesterday June 4 officially inaugurated Hanoi branch at No 50 Kim Lien St, Hanoi’s Dong Da Dist. The Hanoi branch will have full ranges of banking sector like capital mobilisation, credit operation, payment and budgetary services.
So far, LienViet Bank’s total deposits reached 230 billion dong, 41 billion dong in outstanding loans and 40 billion dong in revenue from lending activities and services provision.
At the inaugurating ceremony, the bank signed comprehensive cooperation agreements with two big partners and announced the programme “breeding ground for LienViet Bank young talent”.
The bank’s newly partners are Hanoi Trade Corp (Hapro) and the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank)’s Jewellery Trading Co (AJC).
Under it, LienViet Bank in conjunction with Hapro will support and create all conditions for receiving and using preferential services of each other.
The two signatories pledged to jointly cooperate and meet the suitable demands of each other. Agribank-AJC with a chartered capital of 110 billion dong is the Vietnam’s first firm being licensed to trade in gold warehouse sector and being the first firm in North producing AAA piece gold with large quantity.
Earlier, LienViet Bank signed cooperation agreements with seven domestic and foreign partners including Agribank, HUD, Vinaceglass, Swiss-based Credit Suisse Bank, the US-based Wachovia Corp Bank, Petimex and ABIC.
