Lilama 10 to increase capital to 90b dong

Machinery Erection & Construction Co No 10 (Lilama 10) agreed to increase its chartered capital from the current 40 billion dong to 90 billion dong to raise capital for building a 8 MW Nam Cong Hydropower Plant in the northern mountainous province of Son La and the 180 MW Hua Na hydropower project in central province of Nghe An.

At present, the share price of Lilama on the informal stock market is highest among other Lialama subsidiaries. Also the company is finalising necessary procedures to list on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (STC) by December this year.
