Lilama 10 withdraws capital from UDC

Under the approved resolution in the 2011 AGM, Lilama 10 Joint Stock Co (coded L10) decided to withdraw capital in Lilama Investment and Urban Development Joint Stock Co (UDC) with the total holdings of 2.25 million shares valued at 26.28 billion dong in order to raise capital for investment projects.

In addition, the company also set targets to reach whole year net revenue of 644 billion dong, after tax profit of 26.56 billion dong and dividend payment at 15 percent.

As planned, the company will continue the construction on Lilama 10 Building project (the second phase) and raising production capacity in Phu Ly Manufacturing factory in Ha Nam province with total investment capital of 119.2 billion dong.

Last year, the company estimated to gain after tax profit of 29.02 billion dong, surpassing the year plan by 9 percent. L10 paid dividend for existing shareholders at 15 percent ratio.

The company finished installing equipment for Nam Cong 3 hydropower plant in Son La Province. In addition, Lilama 10 also built the Lilama 10 building in Trung Van Commune, Tu Liem Dist, Hanoi.
