Lilama to raise chartered capital to over 100b dong
Constructor Vietnam Construction and Machinery Installation Corporation (Lilama) reported it wants to raise chartered capital from 13.5 billion dong to 100 billion dong via issuing shares to existing shareholders and strategic investors in the second quarter.
Currently, Hanoi Lilama has the total asset of over 450 billion dong and over 2,000 employees. The company carried out some large projects such as the 300 MW expansion of the Uong Bi thermoelectric plant in Quang Ninh province, the national conference centre, Ca Mau power projects No I and II, and sub-contract work on the Dung Quat Oil Refinery in central Vietnam.
Lilama targets 565 billion dong in revenue this year, up nearly double against last year.
In its work book, Lilama has contracted to build the Viet Tri Miwon factory worth 80 billion dong and a brewery in Hanoi at a cost of 212 billion dong.
