List of goods and duty rates

On April 15, 2004, the Ministry of Finance issued Decision 36/2004/QD-BTC promulgating the List and goods and import duty rates for the application of customs quota.

The goods imported within the custom quota shall be applied with import duty rates as stipulated in the preferential import duty Tariff. The goods imported beyond the customs quota shall be applied with the import duty rate as stipulated in the List issued in conjunction with this Decision. The quota levels shall be stipulated by the Ministry of Finance.

The List of goods and import duty rates as issued in conjunction with this Decision shall include uncondensed milk and cream without sugar or sweet matter, condensed milk and cram with sugar or sweet matter; fresh or boiled bird and poultry eggs with intact shell and corn in the heading 0401, 0404, 0407 and 1005.
