Accordingly, these imported items must have a certificate of origin form S (C/O form S) granted by Cambodian authorities.

Some items on the list of tax exemption include prawn, white shrimp, crab, vegetables, dried beans, shellfish, and fresh, chilled, frozen, dried food, fruit such as pineapple, guava, mango, mangosteen and durian, fragrant rice, glutinous rice, coffee, and cotton.

The Circular will become effective from October 1, 2011.
